BodyWise
A Journey Into Embodied Feminine Wisdom - begins Jan 2026!
BodyWise is a six-part experiential journey designed for women who are ready to reconnect with the healing wisdom of the body and reclaim their sense of aliveness, clarity, and power. Through practices rooted in somatics, nervous system science, expressive arts, and ancestral wisdom, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s messages, regulate your inner world, and step into your life with more courage, clarity, and compassion.

Session 1: Building the Sacred Container

What Our Grandmothers Knew - explore the living traditions of feminine embodiment
Set personal and collective intentions for the journey ahead
Session 2: Regulate to Radiate – Nervous System Foundations

Learn core nervous system concepts (sympathetic, parasympathetic, polyvagal)
Explore simple, evidence-informed tools for grounding, breathwork, and state shifting
Cultivate greater awareness of your triggers, stress responses, and regulation needs
Session 3: Body Stories – Mapping the Inner Landscape

Use body mapping to explore physical and emotional terrain
Reflect on how cultural narratives (body image, sexism, racism, etc.) live in the body
Engage in self-honoring poetry and creative expression as medicine
Session 4: Visiting the Shadowlands

Identify limiting beliefs and internalized voices that keep you stuck
Practice gentle shadow work and soul retrieval
Experience the healing resonance of sound
Session 5: Movement as Medicine

Engage in movement as ritual - listen to the body’s whispers, allow emotions to be experienced and released, and return to a natural state of flow

FAQs
Who is this series designed for?
This series is for women who are longing to slow down, listen inwardly, and deepen their connection to the body. It’s especially supportive for those navigating stress, burnout, or transition and who long for a more compassionate, empowering relationship with their body.
Do I need to have prior experience with somatics or ancestral and body-based practices?
Not at all! No prior experience is needed. This series is designed to meet you exactly where you are, offering gentle guidance and supportive conditions that invite deeper exploration at your own pace. Every practice is trauma-informed and accessible.
What if I can’t attend all six sessions?
No problem. Because this series follows a cohort model, each meeting builds on the last, and we encourage full participation whenever possible. That said, we know that life happens! You’ll still receive any materials shared in session and the guidance you need to stay connected and continue your practice.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! I want every woman who feels called to this experience to be able to participate. If paying the full amount at once doesn’t work for you, a three-payment option is available. Just contact Jamie to make the arrangements.
How much time should I plan to spend outside of the sessions?
It’s completely up to you! The practices are designed to be simple and easy to weave into daily life. Some people find that 5 minutes a day of micro-practice feels just right, while others choose to spend 30–40 minutes exploring more deeply. The goal is to find what fits naturally into your routine and build from there.
Will the sessions be recorded?
No, sessions will not be recorded. To honor the privacy and confidentiality of everyone in the group, and to create a safe, supportive space for authentic exploration, we keep all sessions live and off the record.
